Dr. Stewart is a Professor of Medicine at Johns Hopkins and the Director of Clinical and Research Exercise Physiology. He says water aerobics is a great workout because participants receive cardio and muscle strengthening benefits. Dr. Stewart says it's also good for the body because there is very little impact on the joints.
