Localization
Tips:
- Include information
about any local cases involving shopping cart accidents. Call your
local supermarkets and ask how many shopping cart accidents they deal
with each week.
- Check out the
shopping carts at some local supermarkets. Are there safety belts
on the seats? Are the belts in good condition? Do the stores have
any new and improved carts with wider wheelbases or side safety seats
for children?
- Call some local
liability attorneys and see if they've ever filed suit against a shopping
cart manufacturer.
- If there is a
shopping cart manufacturer in your area, ask for an interview.
