Are SweepsFeed Stories New?

Yes. SweepsFeed stories are developed by a team of producers who have reputations for creative, new ideas. Although they may be credited with coming up with some winning stories you've seen in the past, their marching orders for SweepsFeed are to develop fresh, new stories.

Do the stories include a stand-up reporter or anchor?

No. SweepsFeed stories are purposely shot and delivered without any reporter or anchor. The stories are delivered ready-to-track with all the b-roll and sound delivered separately.
Most clients use what we provide and develop and intercut a local angle with interview and stand-up, which is just what we developed SweepsFeed to do. At the very least a local reporter or anchor tracks the story as is, and it's ready to air!

Do I have to air the stories in the month you deliver them?

No. As a client, you hold a market exclusive license to the SweepsFeed stories allowing you to air the stories at any time you see fit, as long as you have a service agreement that is in force. In fact we know some clients who save up all the stories for sweeps months and others that air our stories only in non-sweeps months. Despite our name, we deliver stories every month, 96 stories a year, minimum.

What about legal liability?

All scripts are reviewed for accuracy and liability issues. Our service agreements purposely assign all legal liabilities to NewsProNet, so you don't have to worry about liability. Of course we require that you don't change the fundamental content of the stories as you localize them.

Will SweepsFeed stories feel like stories shot in my market?

All stories are developed as 'trend topics' and specific geographic references are included only when important to the story. The best way to explain this is that we'd like to think that the material provided to you would be material you might travel and get yourself if you had an unlimited travel and overtime budget. Also, our contributing producers and videographers are asked to adhere to a set of SweepsFeed production guidelines which include shooting tight on story subjects to limit regionally distinguishable backgrounds or locations.

What if we want to air the story without the special production effects you provide?

No problem. That's why all the production music on the produced packages, ready to track, are provided on a split audio channel. For maximum flexibility we also provide clean video and sound for all stories. These also helps in cutting teases and promos.

How much does the service cost?

We do offer discounts for multiple year agreements and multi-station deals.
